The EVOKE App When you use WIDEX EVOKE™, you have the option to tap into a hearing aid app that effortlessly gives you full control here and now – regardless of the listening environment.

Direct streaming capabilities in your clients’ hearing aids let them hear the world – and connect with it. With Widex accessories, they can enjoy TV sound through their hearing aids and customize their hearing through apps. You can also offer your clients remote care, with updates and adjustments done without the need for an in-person visit.

Widex say that this app includes a wide range of relaxing and soothing sounds including relaxation and sleep exercises. So we decided to take a look at it. The App is free to download on Google Play.

The WIDEX MOMENT™ app works with the following WIDEX MOMENT™ models:

  • mRIC (MRR2D)
  • BTE 13 D (MBB3D)

All other models use the TONELINK app, which lets you simply and discreetly adjust key functions such as volume and programs. TONELINK does not feature SoundSense Learn, which guides you to personalized hearing.

My Guide is a new feature in the Moment app designed to help users get the most out of their hearing aids. They get advice in the form of step-by-step instructions, videos, and short courses that will help them with everything from turning their hearing aids on to personalizing their sound. By getting to know their hearing aids better, we believe there’s a better chance of users satisfaction.

The My Sound section of the app harnesses the power of AI to help you adjust your sound to suit you. You can choose to have the AI guide you through a series of sound comparisons so you can tailor the sound to your particular situation. Or you can select a sound profile that has been automatically generated from the preferences of other WIDEX MOMENT™ users in similar situation all over the world!
